Who We Are This website is operated by Covet Art Gallery, an art gallery based in Oceanside, CA. We represent emerging artists and sell their work online through this platform. 2. Using Our Site You agree to: Use this site for lawful purposes only Respect the artwork, artists, and other users Not copy, resell, or misuse the content (yes, that includes the art and photos) We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. 3. Accounts To buy artwork or interact with artists, you may need to create an account. Keep your password safe and your info accurate. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. 4. Buying Artwork When you buy art: You’re purchasing directly from the artist (or through our gallery on their behalf) All sales are subject to availability and artist approval Prices may change without notice, but not after you’ve placed an order We’ll keep you updated on your order every step of the way. 5. Payments & Refunds All payments are securely processed (we use the trusted providers Stripe) Sales are generally final, but if your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
