Hello, I'm Hirotaka Suzuki.

Hirotaka Suzuki is a Japanese artist living in Southern California. He earned his MFA from Claremont Graduate University​,​ CA in 2000. In his hand brushed painting​,​ he focuses on transforming issues into surreal expressions to emphasize reality. In other words​,​ he intentionally hides his ideas inside puzzles and expects viewers to discover them in his artwork. These representations derive from everyday occurrences​,​ historical events​,​ and imaginary stories. He both enjoys and suffers during the creative process.
