My sculptural work reflects both my roots as a farm girl—where animals were part of daily life—and my deep appreciation for the serene beauty of California’s beaches. Each project begins as a sketch​,​ evolves into a sculpted form layered with underglazes​,​ and is finished with clear glaze. For me​,​ the process is just as meaningful as the outcome: a way to connect memory​,​ place​,​ and imagination. At the heart of it all​,​ my goal is simple—I want to keep creating art that reflects joy​,​ nature​,​ and the stories that have shaped me.
