My multi-media artistic practice navigates the tension between the familiar and the surreal, drawing from the interplay of contrasting objects, vibrant colors, and layered meaning. With a foundation in both science and art, I create pieces that blur the boundary between the tangible and the conceptual. This approach informs my visual storytelling across both creative and scientific contexts. My contemporary art practice allows me to spark a dialogue and encourage viewers to explore new relationships within familiar forms as I explore themes of temporality, reflection, and subtle social and political commentary through juxtaposition. In parallel, I operate a small science visualization business under the name Haplotope Studio where I translate complex scientific concepts into bold, accessible visuals that inspire curiosity, build understanding, foster lasting dialogue, and deepen trust.
