The Last Open Lot in Malibu
The last available double lot in Malibu was owned by my friend's family who sold it to the Herbalife founder Mark Hughes. He was expanding his mansion next door and died 3 days after escrow closed in 2000. This painting was recently honored at the UCI Undergraduate Art History annual Spring Show. Picked from 70+ other artists.
