"Embrace Your Inner Child" is a painting about the awakening of our inner child as we grow older. As a child, we experience life through adventure, eager to explore and discover everything around us. We carry a fire that is fueled by new experiences and learning. In time as we grow that inner fire dims as we cage our inner wild and tame it. Sometimes our true self is lost within the norms and expectations of society. This painting calls upon the viewer to look inward and find that inner child. With wildlife such as the tiger and snake, courage and risk-taking is emphasized and urges the viewer to dare to explore the wild again!
