Fox in a Twilight Garden
I have a fondness for foxes, they are smart and resourceful and so elegant and sleek. I saw a fox at twilight in the back of a garden and a story formed in my mind of his magical world. Art is a form of communication, and when color, design, and subject come together in harmony, a deeper message is revealed. My hope is that each piece speaks to the viewer’s heart, as much as to their eyes. I am a fine art oil painter and Contemporary Expressive Colorist. My work is rooted in emotion—color is my language, my way of expressing what words cannot. I don’t paint what the world looks like; I paint what it feels like. Every brushstroke seeks to capture the energy, rhythm, and depth of human experience. Inspired by music, I see the canvas as a stage where color and shape move like dancers, creating visual rhythms that echo the pulse of a song. My greatest joy comes from using color to build emotional resonance and invite connection. I want my paintings to go beyond representation, to stir something within—to evoke joy, memory, or reflection.
