California Cypress Tree: Glass Tile
Whether you mortar this tile into your fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash or display on a stand, this handsome Cypress tree says “California” The dark, dark emerald green looks almost black unless light comes in through the back. This very substantial tile is cast in dark green recycled wine glass and weighs about a pound. It took some experimenting to find the right temperature to cast in recycled glass, so, this piece is one of a kind!
