Blue Circus
This oil painting shows dynamic dancers with bright bold colors and texture across the canvas surface. Its striking palette consists of reds, blues, and yellows and it will make a marvelous presence sure to enliven the room it graces with “head, heart, and humor”. I let this painting rest in my studio much of spring and summer waiting to see if I would keep working on it but chose to leave it this way deciding I really loved its fresh unselfconscious qualities.
