Garuḍāsana
Garuḍāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and construction tools. It is titled after the Eagle Pose in modern yoga. Garuḍāsana is a standing balancing asana that strengthens and stretches the ankles, calves and thighs. This large scale abstract artwork is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice. This painting was completed in 2024.
