This is a simple vessel. This is one of the pieces on my journey to expanding my body of work. Prior to it, I made simple vases. While this looks like a one of them, it is in fact, borne of the new process where I start with a base form and build on it. There are three pieces that I decided to just make symmetrical. This piece was much taller. I wrapped it up and walked away from it. When I came back, I aggressively altered it with my Exact-O.
