The backstory to this piece. When I lived in the Northwest, I lost my way on a trail while hiking. The day quickly turned to night, and all I had was my day pack with a cheap brochure of the trail. The black beneath the two zig-zagging pieces represents the pitch-black stream that flowed along the mountainside. The right side of the piece is a fictional representation of new and old technology drones, ones, and walkie-talkies searching for me at daybreak.
