Tiger Pose, is a dynamic, kneeling posture that combines balance, strength, and flexibility. It strengthens the back, glutes, and core while improving spinal flexibility and coordination. Tiger Pose encourages a sense of vitality and alertness, embodying the strength and grace of its namesake. This expressive abstract work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.
