Yakima​,​ Washington native​,​ Dan McKay​,​ is an accomplished artist specializing in drawing and painting. A graduate of Cornish College of the Arts (BFA​,​ 1995)​,​ McKay quickly garnered attention with his inclusion in the COCA Northwest Annual in 1994 and exhibitions at Zeitgeist and Lead Gallery. Following a period dedicated to developing his distinctive style​,​ he brings a unique perspective shaped by his experience in large-scale production​,​ including art installations as an art lead​,​ fabrication​,​ and direction for Comic-Con's​,​ Assassin's Creed​,​ Summit festivals and many other artistic events. Now one year sober​,​ McKay is powerfully re-engaging with his artistic career. His current body of work marks a focused and determined return to his passion​,​ showcasing his evolving vision.
