Hello, I'm Clark C Grinde.

Clark Grinde lives in Sun Prairie​,​ Wisconsin. He enjoyed art classes in High School​,​ and excelled at it. Then he put art aside to focus on his family and career.. Years later​,​ he brought out his paints and began creating artworks again. Clark predominantly works with acrylics and markers​,​ and uses found materials as a canvas. He makes mixed media artwork from a basement full of saved objects such as vintage cards​,​ wooden blocks​,​ and old photographs. His works range from whimsical​,​ to calming​,​ to thought provoking. Grinde has had solo exhibitions in Iowa at several locations in Ames and Story City​,​ and at the Blanden Art Museum in Fort Dodge​,​ Iowa. He has exhibited artwork in a show by the Packard Group in South Dakota​,​ Las Laguna Art Gallery in Laguna Beach​,​ California. Also​,​ Grinde has been in a show at the O’Hanlon Art Center in Mill Valley​,​ California. Grinde has had art in various Biafarin shows and with the Vander Plas Gallery in New York City.
