Dance for the Renewal of the World 2026 #2
In the barren cold of winter ancient peoples joined together to dance. Their dance was akin to prayer or meditation. They believed that together they could assure the arrival of spring and the world would be renewed. Today the world is in need of renewal from a cycle more chaotic and dangerous than winter. To save ourselves and our world, we must learn to dance again. This is one of three three foot tall by 2 foot wide acrylic paintings on canvas. The 1” deep sides are painted a subtle grey that just fades into the wall. The color palette has many colors including light neutrals.
