This smaller painting is a favorite of mine. It was inspired by a beautiful walk through the woods at sunset. The tree branches and forest greenery are lit up by the orange sky. I used a combination of techniques in this piece including pallet knife, action brushwork and scratching into the paint to create the tangled bramble and branches. The work is painted on all sides and requires no framing. A free hanging kit is included with the purchase.
