This intimate ceramic piece is a gesture of sharing something beautiful, something found or something remembered. The "stone" is a sculpted piece of colored clay and is not attached to the hand. You can remove the stone and replace it with other small treasures. Each in this small series is sculpted individually by me, here in my Oakland CA studio.
