As part of my Seasons series this piece imagines a shrub blowing in a strong autumn wind. Many leaves are gone but some stubbornly hang onto the branch as we all tenaciously hold onto life, what we believe in and what we have always been. The painting is done entirely with a pallet knife and is painted on all sides. It requires no frame. A free hanging kit is included with the purchase.
