Remanufactured II

This is painting includes an image transfer of reclaimed engine parts that I photographed near my studio. The underpainting is a combination of molding and crackle pastes saturated with iredescent bronze and teal. It is a heavily textures surface on gallery wrapped canvas ready to hang on the wall. It is part of my series "Rural Infrastructure" that I've been examing as a commentary on the industry of agriculture and rural life.
