The Forest Edge
This work is a part of my Seasons series. I envisioned a winter scene where new snow has covered a field or a frozen pond next to a forest. Remnants of fall foliage cling to the trees and shrubs. It's a very peaceful quiet scene done in pastel colors with a palletknife, brushwork and oil sticks. The piece is painted on all sides and requires no framing. A free hanging kit is included with the purchase.
